Wan Malik Mohamed is presently the Managing Partner of WMMK and Chairman of MK and MKPM. He graduated from the College of Estate Management, London in 1964. He is a Fellow of the RICS, a Member of ISM, Registered Valuer (V-14) and Registered Estate Agent (E-053) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia. Prior to returning to Malaysia, Wan Malik had worked in a development company, two chartered surveyors firms and a local council in the United Kingdom during 1964-67. He joined the Treasury Valuation Department, Malaysia in 1967. In 1968, he started the firm of W M Malik & Associates, Chartered Surveyors when he was a lecturer at ITM in 1969/72. Wan Malik has acquired a depth of knowledge, experience and skills in asset valuation, estate agency and property management. |

Sr Kamaruzaman Jamil is presently the Deputy Managing Partner of WMMK and Managing Director of MK and MKPM. He graduated from North East London Polytechnic (now University of East London) in 1983 finishing with an Honours Degree in BSc Land Administration. During the period of study, he obtained training and experience in Plant & Machinery valuation whilst on attachment with Henry Butcher Leopold Farmer & Sons, London. Prior to completing his study in London, Kamarauzaman had worked with the Chartered Bank, Kuala Lumpur in 1974 and later joined the Treasury Valuation Department in 1975. He left government service in 1976 to join WMMK, left to study in London during 1980-83 and rejoined WMMK in 1983 and made a partner in 1986. He is a Fellow of the RICS, a Fellow of ISM and Registered Valuer (V-272) and Registered Estate Agent (E-578) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia. Kamaruzaman was the Project Manager and subsequently the Property Manager in charge of Bangunan OPA, Saujana Resorts, Subang, a 5-storey Office Building during the period 1990-2000. He has acquired a depth of knowledge, experience and skills in asset valuation, estate agency, property management and project management. He was a Board Member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia during 1993 to 2007. He was Vice-Chairman of the Property Consultancy & Valuation Section of ISM in 1995/96 and Past President of the Association of Valuers & Property Consultants in Private Practice (PEPS) (1998-2000) |

Sr Liang Sang Chong is presently the Partner in charge of Klang Branch. He graduated from North East London Polytechnic (now University of East London) in 1978. He is a Fellow of the RICS, a Member of ISM and Registered Valuer (V-155) and Registered Estate Agent (E-047) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia. He was with a chartered surveyors firm in London in 1973-75, the Treasury Valuation Department (1979-82), a private firm of valuers in Kuala Lumpur (1982-84) and later joined WMMK in 1985. Liang had been in charge of the Klang Branch since 1985 and has acquired a depth of knowledge, experience and skills in asset valuation, estate agency and property management. |

Sr Syamzul Bahari Saupi is presently a Senior Valuer in WMMK, based in Kuala Lumpur. He graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with BSc in Property Management in 2001. He is a Member of ISM, a Registered Valuer (V-0660) and a Registered Estate Agent (E-1888) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents Malaysia. He obtained the Diploma in Estate Management from UiTM in 1994. Prior to joining WMMK in 1997, he was with a local firm in Kuala Lumpur (1994-97) as Valuation Assistant. He currently assists the partners in valuation work, estate agency and property management. Syamzul has acquired adequate knowledge, experience and skills in asset valuation, estate agency and property management. |

Johann Wan Malik presently holds the post of Graduate Valuer in WMMK based in Kuala Lumpur. He graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK with BSc (Hons) Estate Management in 2007. Johann obtained a Diploma in Estate Management from UiTM in 2005. Johann assists the partners in valuation work, property management and estate agency. |

Muhammad Zulfadli Kamaruzaman presently holds the post of Graduate Valuer in WMMK based in Kuala Lumpur. He graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK with BSc (Hons) Estate Management in 2007 including practical training in WMMK during the summer holidays. Zulfadli obtained a Diploma in Estate Management from UiTM in 2005. Zulfadli assists the partners in valuation work, property management and estate agency. |

Haslinda Hashim presently holds the post of Graduate Valuer in WMMK based in PJ branch. She graduated from UiTM with BSc Estate Management in 1999 and joined WMMK the same year. Haslinda assists the partners in valuation work, estate agency and property management. |

Azlina Mat Rahim presently holds the post of Graduate Valuer in WMMK based in Kuala Lumpur. She graduated from University Malaya with BSc Estate Management in 2004 and joined WMMK in 2005. Azlina assists the partners in valuation work, estate agency and property management. |

Fauziah Ibrahim presently holds the post of Property Management Executive in MKPM. She holds a Diploma in Secretarial Science and a Diploma in Business Administration. She had experience as secretary later promoted to Section Head/Senior Executive, Administration & Services Department at RHB Bank. In 2000 she worked with MRCB and in 2001 joined a legal firm as Office Manager. |
